The Dumbelles community, a page written by Claudia Rosati, is dedicated to helping women become more educated about the benefits of weightlifting to them both mentally and physically. And in turn, I hope that the page will inspire others to turn to weightlifting as a way to both loose weight but also gain confidence within themselves.
